Account security
Authorized Users must keep credentials confidential, use individual accounts and notify TPAtlas promptly of suspected compromise. TPAtlas may require password resets, multifactor authentication or other controls for sensitive subscriber access.
Security monitoring
TPAtlas may record authentication events, network information, searches, exports, unusual usage patterns and security events for service protection, fraud prevention and licence enforcement, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Notice.
Abuse prevention
Rate limits, session controls, device checks, download limits and automated-abuse detection may be used to protect data sources and subscriber accounts.
Incident handling
Where TPAtlas confirms a security incident affecting personal data or subscriber access, it will take reasonable containment and remediation steps and provide notices where required by applicable law or contract.
Subscriber responsibilities
Clients should maintain secure endpoints, revoke access for departing personnel, avoid credential sharing, and ensure that downloaded extracts and client deliverables are stored in accordance with their own security and confidentiality obligations.
