When to use this process
Use the correction process if you believe a TPAtlas record is factually inaccurate, materially outdated, linked to the wrong entity, improperly classified, no longer publicly available, or raises a copyright, privacy or other rights concern.
What to provide
- TPAtlas record or agreement identifier, if available.
- The company, transaction or document concerned.
- The source URL, filing, registry entry or other supporting material.
- A clear explanation of the requested correction, restriction or removal.
- Your contact details and, for rights claims, the basis on which you are authorised to act.
Review process
TPAtlas may verify the request against primary sources, licensors or public records. Depending on the circumstances, TPAtlas may correct metadata, add a clarification, update a source, restrict a record, remove content or decline the request with reasons.
No alteration of source records
TPAtlas cannot change the underlying filing, registry entry or third-party source. Where appropriate, a TPAtlas correction may note that the underlying source remains unchanged.
