TPAtlas rights
The TPAtlas name, logos, website design, software, database compilation, selection and arrangement, taxonomies, classifications, metadata, abstracts, enhancements, search logic, analytics and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property and database rights to the extent available.
Third-party rights
Company names, trademarks, documents, filings, logos and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in TPAtlas is for identification, indexing, research or licensed use and does not transfer ownership.
Permitted copying
Copying is limited to the rights expressly granted in the Database Licence and applicable Order Form. Copyright notices, source references and proprietary legends must not be removed or obscured.
IP complaints
Rights holders may submit a complaint through the Contact page identifying the material, the claimed right, the affected record or URL and supporting evidence. TPAtlas may temporarily restrict access while a good-faith claim is assessed.
