TPAtlas is a paid professional database and research platform. The documents below govern subscription payment, access, database use, third-party source content, privacy, security and professional reliance.
Contract documents
The legal relationship may also include a checkout confirmation, Order Form, invoice, proposal, enterprise agreement, subscription-plan description or source-specific schedule. Where a signed commercial document expressly conflicts with website terms, the signed document controls for that service.
Third-party source rights
TPAtlas terms govern the subscriber's relationship with TPAtlas. They do not eliminate third-party copyright, database rights, confidentiality restrictions, provider licences or source-specific conditions. TPAtlas may restrict a field, document, export or source where necessary to respect those rights.
Paid subscriptions
Before a paid subscription is activated, the subscriber should be shown the price, currency, billing period, whether renewal is automatic, applicable taxes and the cancellation/refund position. Recurring payment authorisation must be obtained in the manner required by the applicable payment provider and law.
Professional reliance
TPAtlas is designed to support professional research. External data should be evaluated for source, date, completeness and relevance, and material facts should be checked against authoritative documents before use in significant tax, legal, regulatory or financial work.
