Data traceability
TPRoyalty preserves underlying source traceability internally while subscribers work with the permanent TPAR agreement identifier.
Source variability
Different agreements may contain different levels of detail. Missing information should not be treated as evidence that a term or fact does not exist.
Reviewer responsibility
Database users should review the available source material and document limitations before relying on an agreement in a transfer-pricing or valuation analysis.
Corrections
Potential data corrections can be reported through the Search Desk with the relevant TPAR identifier and a short description of the issue.
